Current Build Schedule Full

Due to overwhelming demand and our commitment to building each motorcycle to the highest standard, our current project roster is at full capacity. We are not accepting new builds at this time, but we encourage those seriously interested to secure a place on our Priority Waitlist. Availability is extremely limited by design—each build is a one-of-a-kind machine crafted with uncompromising attention to detail. Joining the waitlist ensures you’ll be first in line when our next reservation window opens. Securing your spot now is the only way to be considered for the next opening.
YOUR DREAM BIKE STARTS HERE
All of our custom projects include a BMW R100 motorcycle as the foundation of your project. By default, we use the BMW R100 model for every build, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and classic styling. If you prefer a smaller CC Airhead model, please reach out to discuss those options.
We primarily work with BMW motorcycles from 1981 to 1989, as these models offer the best balance of performance, design, and customization potential. However, we can accommodate all BMW Airhead models from any year, depending on your vision for your project.
If you want already have a BMW airhead with either sentimental value, or other desires to use your BMW Airhead as a donor, feel free to contact us for those options.
THE PROCESS
-Discussion
Every Boxr Moto build is tailored specifically to the rider and how they plan to use their bike. While each project is one-of-a-kind, we typically begin by identifying a general style
direction—Café, Adventure, or Bobber. From there, we collaborate on color schemes, finishes, and accessories. With upgrade options available (listed below in our pricing sheet PDF), your BMW motorcycle will be built to stand out as a truly one-off machine.
-The Build
We begin by locating a donor bike that suits your specific build. Once acquired, the motorcycle is completely disassembled down to the frame, allowing us to create your custom machine from the ground up.
Engines are restored to original factory specifications as a baseline, with optional performance upgrades like big bore kits available for added power.
Every bike is re-engineered according to our in-house design standards. Safety and reliability are top priorities, and all modifications are performed to meet or exceed OEM quality.
Because each project is uniquely crafted, timelines can vary slightly, but once parts and the donor bike are secured, the build typically takes around 45-60 days to complete.
-Built to Ride
Boxr Moto builds are designed to be ridden—not just admired. We’re passionate about breathing new life into vintage machines, and we look for riders who share that same mindset. This is your chance to own and ride a distinctive piece of German engineering, reimagined with bold, modern design.
By combining our vision with your style and preferences, we craft a head-turning motorcycle that’s as personal as it is performance-ready.
