LEAD TIMES
Our builds are handcrafted and tailored to your vision. A typical project requires 8–12 weeks from start to finish. Lead time begins once the donor motorcycle has been secured and all required components are in-house.

DELIVERY
We frequently use HaulBikes, a dedicated motorcycle transport company, to move fully completed builds. Please note: HaulBikes is not a direct delivery service. After your motorcycle is picked up from our shop, it may take up to 4 weeks before a delivery window is scheduled.
If delivery timing is critical, we can explore alternative shipping options.
For clients located within a 6-hour one-way radius of Erie, PA, we offer personal delivery at $2.50 per mile, with a $400 minimum.

WARRANTY
Every Boxr Moto build includes a 1-year warranty on the powertrain, beginning on the date of delivery or customer pickup.

Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. We provide our clients with an open line of communication for any questions, troubleshooting, or general ownership guidance throughout their journey.

DO I NEED TO OWN A BMW TO BEGIN A PROJECT?
No. We supply the donor motorcycle, hand-selected to match your goals, design preferences, and performance requests. The donor acquisition cost is integrated into your project quote.
If you already own a BMW Airhead and would like to use it, please reach out—although this method is not preferred.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Each inquiry begins with a consultation by phone, email, or video, to establish your desired look, feel, and functionality.
Once we gather your specifications, we provide a Project Proposal outlining recommended configurations and a comprehensive quote.
To begin, we collect a 50% deposit, which allows us to acquire your donor motorcycle and all necessary parts.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery, and includes Pennsylvania sales tax as required by law.

SERVICE AFTER DELIVERY
Service options are straightforward:
1. BMW-certified technicians — Boxr Moto does not obstruct or modify any serviceable portions of the machine. All components are installed to manufacturer specifications using OE or superior components.
2. Return to Boxr Moto — You may ship the bike back to us for future maintenance, upgrades, or repair needs.
